1. Platform Overview

Sellary is a digital marketplace platform that connects creators with buyers. The platform facilitates the sale and delivery of digital products including PDFs, templates, videos, and other digital content.

2. Platform Fee

Sellary charges a 10% total fee on all transactions, which includes:

• Payment Gateway (2.36%): Razorpay processing fees including 2% + 18% GST
• Platform Commission (7.64%): Covers hosting, secure delivery, and platform maintenance

The remaining 90% is paid to the creator.

3. Creator Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and sell
• You must have the legal right to sell the digital products you list
• You must ensure your products do not infringe on third-party rights
• You are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions

4. Buyer Rights

• Access to purchased products for the duration specified
• Secure delivery of digital content
• Refunds as per our refund policy

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Razorpay. By using Sellary, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Sellary captures 100% of the payment and disburses creator earnings according to our payout schedule.

6. Content Policy

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

• Illegal or harmful content
• Copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Misleading or fraudulent products
• Adult or explicit content

7. Limitation of Liability

Sellary is not responsible for the quality, legality, or accuracy of products sold by creators. We act as an intermediary platform facilitating transactions between creators and buyers.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
