1. Platform Overview

Sellary ("we," "us," "our") is a digital marketplace platform that enables creators to sell digital products to buyers. We provide the technology infrastructure for listing, payment processing, and digital delivery.

We are an intermediary: Sellary connects creators and buyers but is not a party to the transaction between them. Creators are solely responsible for their products and customer service.

Sellary charges a 10% total fee on all successful transactions:

3. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator on Sellary, you agree to:

• Only sell content you have the legal right to distribute
• Provide accurate and honest product descriptions
• Deliver quality products that match your descriptions
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not upload content that violates our content policy

Intellectual Property: You retain full ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant Sellary a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your products on the platform.

4. Content Policy

The following content is strictly prohibited:

Products containing prohibited content will be flagged for review and may be blocked. Repeated violations will result in account termination.

5. Buyer Rights

• Access to purchased products as described
• Secure payment processing via Razorpay
• Instant digital delivery after payment
• Refunds as per our Refund Policy
• Customer support for delivery issues

6. Payment & Payouts

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Creator payouts are processed weekly (minimum ₹500)
• Payouts are sent to your registered bank account or UPI
• Sellary may hold payouts if suspicious activity is detected

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms or content policies
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Receive multiple buyer complaints
• Provide false information
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees

Upon termination, pending payouts may be withheld pending investigation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sellary acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for:

• Quality or accuracy of creator products
• Disputes between creators and buyers
• Third-party content linked from products
• Technical issues beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the platform fees collected per transaction.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be notified via email or platform notification 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
