Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on Sellary are generally final once access has been granted. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product is significantly different from its description
  • The product file is corrupted or cannot be accessed
  • The product link is broken or invalid
  • You were charged twice for the same product
  • You did not receive access to the product after successful payment

3. Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

  • You changed your mind after accessing the product
  • You did not read the product description before purchasing
  • You have already downloaded or accessed the product content
  • The refund request is made after 7 days of purchase

4. Refund Process

  1. Contact the creator directly through their provided contact information
  2. If unresolved, contact Sellary support at sellary.live@gmail.com
  3. Provide your order ID and reason for refund
  4. We will review your request within 3-5 business days

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion if the issue affects only part of the product.

7. Creator Obligations

Creators are expected to honor legitimate refund requests. Repeated refund requests for a creator's products may result in account review and potential suspension.
